Discard the bones and vegetables. * Place the strained consomme in a large saucepan and add the onion, carrots, celery sticks, bay leaves, thyme sprigs, peppercorns and parsley stalk.   4. While the chicken is baking, prepare Fiesta Rice according to recipe below.

Some good techniques include taking away privileges (like not being allowed watch TV for a day), redirecting their energy into something positive (like playing outside or reading books), or providing calm and understanding when they do inevitably mess up (which will happen – toddlers are still learning!).

Above all else, consistency and patience are key when it comes to raising a toddler who sometimes behaves badly. With time and effort, Billy's parents can create a foundation of discipline that will help him stay on track as he grows older!
